Donato Di Gilio, Partner and C.E.O.
Donato was born in Italy in 1962 and studied law at the State University of Milan. His presence in Poland dates back to 1992, at the very beginning of the new Polish Republic. He founded the firm in 1994 and is currently in charge of the Management Consulting and Business Development units.
Donato is currently Vice President of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland. He currently sits on many Management and Supervisory Boards.

Dorota Wawrzyniak, Partner in charge of Special Projects.
Dorota has a degree in mathematics from the University of katowice and a degree in Marketing and Communication. She has 10 years of experience in financial modeling, project finance and is one of Poland’s preeminent experts in the use of EU grants as a part of corporate finance.

Krzysztof Wysmyk, born in Wolborz ( Poland ), in 1965. Graduated in the Theological University of Northern Italy in Milan. Joined Core in 1996 and currently works with the M&A unit. Fluent Polish and Italian, basic English.

Robert Wawrzyniak, born in1969 a Kielce (Poland), graduated from The Academy of Economics in KatowiceJoined Core in 1997 and specializes in target research for the business development and M&A units. He mainly with international companies looking for opportunities in Poland.

Sandro Guidi, born in Turin, in 1974, currently PhD candidate at the Jagellonian University of Krakow, chair of European Studies.He has a Master’s Degree in European Studies from the University of Siena jointly with the Jagellonian University and previously Degree in Political Science specializing in European Law and Economics, then European Policies in Bruxelles at the Universite’ Libre de Bruxelles.
